Val Robinson is a Diploma qualified, Pilates Association Australia Level 4 Instructor with over 8000 hours of teaching experience. As owner of Pilates Lab, she specialises in individualised instruction, helping clients achieve real, lasting results.
Her approach supports all life stages, from everyday movement and injury rehabilitation to pre and postnatal recovery and athletic performance.
Val is known for her dynamic teaching style, combining precision, energy, and dedication to her clients progress. She is deeply committed to guiding each person toward, strength, confidence, and long term transformation.
